Sales To Do
Click Sales To Do on the Merchant Services table of contest to see a report of all orders in need of servicing. These order have a status of Processing. Click on the order number to view order details.
Payment
Except in the case of Cybercash payments, you will likely want to verify payment has been received prior to servicing an order. Cybercash orders are sent through to the Cybercash paymment server at the time of purchase. You can get additional status information about Cybercash orders by clicking on the Cybercash Transactions link on the order detail page.
Status
Once you have serviced an order you can set its status to Completed using the status dropdown. You may also include additional information in the Order Notes field. Each time you click Update on the order detail page, email is sent to the customer giving them the latest information about their order.
